Tantra is
an ancient art from India and a method of improving a couples love life by
creating a ritualized style of sex. Tantric sex techniques involve physical,
emotional and sexual exercises to prolong and enhance intercourse and to
increase intimacy.
Step 1. Planning
Make time each week
to be alone with each other where you cannot be interrupted. This should be
at least one or two hours. If you have children then plan for them to be
looked after elsewhere. During the time you set aside, turn off mobile
phones and disconnect the house phone.
Step 2. Ambiance
Create a romantic atmosphere by having dimmed lights, fragrant candles,
gentle background music, champagne on ice, whipped cream and strawberries,
oysters, fresh figs or any other exotic foods to share and feed each other.
Step 3.
Seduction
Dress sexy in lingerie for her and leather for him. Try different clothes
than what you normally wear, the idea is to look provocative and appealing
to your partner.
Step 4.
Technique
For men, physical exercises can involve slowly contracting and releasing the
lower pelvic muscles (the same ones that control urination) which will give
greater control over ejaculation and allow longer love making. Exercise
daily for several minutes at a time and the benefits will come after a few
weeks. You will then be able to control when you ejaculate by squeezing the
muscle during sex and stopping the ejaculation, resting a few seconds, then
continuing.
For women, the art of "Pompoir" is an ancient Eastern practice where women
are trained in exercising the anal, vaginal, and urethra muscles so as to be
able to give much more pleasure to the man by having the ability to tighten
the vaginal muscles around the penis during sex. The woman is usually on top
of the man and performs a rippling motion using the vaginal muscles.
This exercise can also increase vaginal sensitivity for the women. In the
West, this method is commonly called the Kegal exercises which was named
after the doctor who made them popular. These three groups of muscles are
tightened and held for 3 to ten seconds, then released. Then repeat 10 times
gradually increased day by day to 20 repetitions a day.
Breathing exercises are also a part of Tantra. Partners can sit and hold
each others hands, relax and look into each others eyes, and take slow deep
synchronized breaths together. This method brings greater awareness of each
other and develops intimacy.
The idea
behind Tantric sex is to slowly build up excitement and to take control on
when to climax. This can help men with premature ejaculation problems and
also women because they generally take much longer to reach orgasm. After
practicing Tantric sex, multiple and longer lasting orgasms can be achieved.
Get into the mood first by having a warm relaxing bath or shower together
and wash each other slowly and intimately. Then into the bedroom for
champagne and your favorite food. Drink from each others glass and feed each
other.
Talk to each other and make a list of what each other likes. Maybe start
with slow relaxing massaging of each other, then try different positions. Be
creative and develop new and different routines in love making.
During sex the man's penis slowly enters the woman's vagina, but only
partially. Then after holding it in for a minute he withdraws slowly
and places it on her clitoris. Then he can rub her clitoris with his penis.
He can then re-enter her, deeper and deeper each time.
Practice foreplay until your partner is very aroused then perform
female ejaculation on her or
prostate milking on him. This technique
gives variety other than performing standard coital sex.
Step 5. Learning More
There is much to learn about the ancient art of Tantra and Tantric sex. It
will take time and effort to achieve results. There is a huge wealth of help
available for those couples wanting to enhance their love for each other.
Many books and videos are available on this
subject.
